REFUNDS

As each item is custom made to order, our policy is no refunds.

EXCHANGE

Exchange is available on items received as gifts only, and must be returned for exchange within 14 calendar days of the date the item was received. The items returned must be in new and resaleable condition.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value and will be subject to an additional shipping fee.

Please note that we will not refund shipping charges on returned or exchanged items. 

We recommend insuring any packages returned to Shay Lowe Jewellery Design. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
