Upon Checkout, shipping options will appear at predetermined flat rates for regular service locally, domestically, and internationally. For expedited service, you must place your order by phone.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping options once your order is ready for shipment. *Please place your order by phone and we will calculate the shipping rate based on weight and size of your package.
Available service options:
- Xpresspost Next Day and 2 Days (within Canada)
- UPS 2nd Day (outside Canada)
- UPS Next Day Air (outside Canada)
International Shipping Policy - Duty, Taxes, Fees
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, the recipient is also responsible for any import fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Shay Lowe Jewellery Design, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Shay Lowe Jewellery Design.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

For discount/promo codes, enter your payment information and continue through the checkout process. You will see an area to enter the discount/promo code as you proceed.
